How do I get support for a specific app?
Email us at developer@hrygroup.com with the app name and a short description of your issue. Including your device model and OS version helps us respond faster.
How do subscriptions and free trials work?
Some apps offer optional subscriptions or free trials. Billing is handled securely by Apple or Google through your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On iOS: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select the app and tap Cancel. On Android: open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select the app and tap Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; current access continues until the period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by the app stores, so refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their policies. For App Store purchases visit reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, request a refund from your Play Store order history. We’re happy to help guide you through it.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, go to its settings or paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
How is my data handled, and how can I delete it?
We collect as little personal data as possible and never sell it — see our Privacy Policy for details. To request deletion of your data, email developer@hrygroup.com and we’ll process it promptly.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
We’d love to hear from you. Send bugs and ideas to developer@hrygroup.com or use the contact form. Feedback directly shapes our roadmap.
Are your AI features safe to use?
Our apps process your input to generate the results you request, on-device or via secure servers. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice. We never use your private content to publicly identify you.
