These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, games, and website (hryapps.com) provided by HRY GROUP BİLİŞİM İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("HRY", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. The Services are licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of apps distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to those stores' terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is illegal, abusive, or offensive.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Use automated means to access the Services in a way that harms our infrastructure.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some Services offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. User Content & AI Output

You retain ownership of content you submit. You are solely responsible for that content and confirm you have the rights necessary to submit it. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended, and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by HRY or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our names, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Predictions, analyses, and other informational outputs are for entertainment and general information only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete the apps at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
