This Privacy Policy explains how HRY GROUP BİLİŞİM İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("HRY", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, games, and the hryapps.com website (together, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.

• Usage & device data — app interactions, feature usage, crash logs, device model, OS version, language, and approximate region.
• Identifiers — device or advertising identifiers for analytics and advertising, where permitted by your device settings.
• Purchase data — records of in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and their features.
• To process content through AI features so the app can generate results you request.
• To improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To manage purchases, subscriptions, and customer support.
• To display advertising and measure its effectiveness, where applicable.

3. AI Processing of Your Content

Some apps use artificial intelligence to process content you submit (photos, audio, text) to generate an output. Processing may occur on your device or on secure servers, including trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. We do not use your private content to publicly identify you, and we do not sell your content.

4. Advertising & Analytics

We may work with third-party providers such as Apple, Google (including AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase), and similar services to deliver ads and understand how our Services are used. These providers may process device and usage data under their own privacy policies. On iOS, we request permission before tracking you across apps and websites, as required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, analytics, AI processing, advertising) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• App stores (Apple and Google) for distribution and payment processing.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Your Rights
