Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Stadium Video ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

The App is published by:

• Google Play Store: HRY APPS

2. Description of Service

AI Stadium Video is an AI-powered entertainment application that allows users to:

• Upload a personal photo (selfie)
• Select a football team and league
• Generate AI-powered stadium images and videos featuring the user

The generated content is for personal entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must sign in using your Google Account. By signing in, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You may request deletion of your account at any time via our Account Deletion page.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Subscription: Auto-renewing weekly plan with 10 credits
• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly plan with 35 credits

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
• Upon renewal, credits are reset to the plan amount — unused credits do not carry over.

5. Credits & Usage

Credits are used for content generation within the App:

• First image: Free of charge
• Subsequent images: 0.5 credits each
• Videos: 1 credit each

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits expire when the subscription ends or is canceled.

6. Content Ownership & Responsibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all photos you upload.
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Create deepfake or misleading content intended to deceive others
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App's systems

8. Data Processing

Uploaded photos are processed through Google's AI servers solely for image generation. Generated images and videos are:

• Not stored on any external server
• Destroyed within minutes after creation
• Accessible only to you

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
• That the App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRY GROUP BILISIM INSAAT SANAYI TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Cancellation & Refunds

Upon cancellation of a subscription:

• Your remaining credits will be set to zero.
• You will lose access to premium features at the end of the billing period.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
